On Jan. 11, 2014 the Carriage Barn Art Center held its 34th annual photography show. This year's prize winners were Arthur Nager of Fairfield, Carrie Brady of Wilton, Hans Neleman of New Canaan, Karen Neems of Stamford and Hal Schwartz of Hastings-on-Hudson, N.Y. Besides the prizewinners, three Connecticut high school students received honorable mentions: Emma Rosenstein of New Canaan, Abigail Geanakos of New Canaan and Morgan Macey of Wilton. Juror Laura Einstein announced the winners alongside event co-directors Arianne Faber Kolb and Eleanor Flatow. According to the Carriage Barn Art Center, 300 guests visited the exhibit over the course of three hours.
